In this conclusion to the Period East saga, Tiberius, Daniel, Miles, Sara, and the rest of the survivors are finally recovered by icarus. however, a new array of unsuspecting challenges await.

All signs point to a cozy, but long, trip to mars to finally build their new settlement after an over-six-year delay, but when a pregnant crew member ends up dead, and certain residents start having inexplicable hallucinations, paranoia sets in and everyone is on the defensive to prove their innocence, including their alien friends, oscar and quiver, that only Daniel can communicate with.
