Thomas Lauer has held a professorship for corporate management at the Technical University of Aschaffenburg for over 15 years. His areas of expertise include change management, strategic management, innovation management and customer-oriented management. He has many years of consulting experience in the areas of change management and strategy and has also supervised numerous academic theses with large and medium-sized companies on the topic. This book is a translation of an original German edition.
