Win Straube, the founder and managing trustee of The Straube Foundation, presents a new form of educational system, Quality Generic Education or "QGE," for the purpose of obtaining the best education at the lowest possible cost, universally acceptable and interchangeable. The use of interactive educational materials makes it possible to bring the highest quality educational presentation from the world's best minds to more people. Thus, the classroom can come to anyone at any place where he or she can be in front of a television or computer, possibly accompanied by an educational "facilitator."
