I began coaching Cricket formally in 1992, yet at the time I merely tutored players in the technicalities that I knew and with the love and the passion that I had for the Game. Soon however, my burning interest in sports and performance psychology rather took over and I became very much a maverick coach, working with players of all ages, yet from an alternative and somewhat Left-field perspective. Along the way I have experienced some very interesting and off-the-wall happenings in the course of my coaching.
