Commander Jake "Sully" Sullivan, two time Medal of Honor recipient, a US Navy SEAL has been wounded during his last mission. His wounds are serious enough that he won't be able to continue as a Navy SEAL. He changes his focus to invent a device to allow a US Navy Warship to hide in plain sight. Using the device, the "Pulse Echo," he is able to avenge an attack and forever change the future of East Asia.
