When a long-time public school educator accepts a high paying position as a central office administrator, little does he know that decisions made at central office are based not on educational considerations, but on political ramifications. He is soon caught between the interests of committed and devoted educators and those whose primary concern is their own professional careers. Whether anyone emerges unscathed and with integrity intact, and whether the concerns of the students and the taxpayers matter at all to those in charge, are questions which every community member should demand answers.
