Conor moves to Singapore and starts a business escorting cargo ships through the pirate-infested Malacca Strait. Fate brings a rich Filipina girl into his life who lost her papa and best friend when they were killed by pirates. Conor trys to help her get revenge. Their hunt is delayed, however, when he is hired by the U.S. Navy for a temporary mission to capture a machine invented by two outcast Russian scientists.
