After an elite team of mercenaries break into one of the best protected military bases in the world to steal a secret weapon, a seemingly random group of civilians is recruited to find it. With an enemy that seems to know their every move before they make it, there's no one they can trust. Before long, without issuing any demands, a terrorist turns the weapon on US cities. In a race against time, the small group tries to untangle the web of secrets around the weapon with one goal: stop the terrorist before he can strike again.
