Pressure Magic
Autor William C Tracyen Limba Engleză Paperback – 13 oct 2026
Silluka has escaped the battle at Chimor with her brother, her girlfriend, and the ever-present Lugopo. But when they crash land on an island in the middle of the burning ocean, they quickly discover the existence of worldbeasts. The island is, in fact, a giant sea otter floating on her back.
There is one house on the sea otter's belly, belonging to Maisah, the flamesmith. Maisah is one of the immortals, individuals so powerful they make Silluka's skills laughable. Fortunately, Maisah is willing to teach the group, between the objects of power they craft for other immortals-objects that could affect entire nations. Silluka and her crew must learn enough to return to Chimor, grow strong enough to make a difference against the invaders and the downfall of the gods.
But there is a time limit. As the power of Silluka's gods wanes, other species' gods grow in power. Chimor has never fallen, and Silluka and her friends may be the only ones who can keep their gods from becoming only a memory.
