Originally published in 1927, this volume is divided into sections on nonrigid and semirigid airships. The book results from the experience gained by the authors in design and consulting capacities with the United States Navy and Army. However, the scope is not limited to American practice, as European sources of information have been drawn upon freely, particularly regarding semirigids.At the time of original publication Thomas L.
