A behind the scenes look at the food service professionals working in a high pressure kitchen at a high profile seafood restaurant in a popular tourist destination, Destin, Florida. But when the star chef the restaurant is named after flakes out totally the restaurant's owner finds a replacement with another hot shot New Orleans chef, Julian Romeo.
