This fairly brief novella describes the various misadventures of one portion of the Marmot-Zola family through the diverse voices of its respective members, including Tony Marmot, his husband Raoul, and each of their three sons, as well as the family dog Max. With con men, psychics, mad scientists and shape-shifters among them, are the bonds of family strong enough to keep them together?
