Photonics-Based Radar: Techniques and Technologies: Optics and Photonics
Autor Le Nguyen Binhen Limba Engleză Hardback – iul 2027
Photonics-Based Radar: Techniques and Technologies presents new radar and EW system architectures enabled by photonics technology, demonstrating its significant advantages for modern warfare applications involving targets of different sizes and speeds, such as supersonic missiles and UAV drones. It explains basic principles of photonics and their applications for modern radar technologies, especially in the cases of supersonic and drone target identification. The author also discusses details of operational principles of photonic devices and guided transmission of RF-optical signals to distributed radar systems. The book examines optical networking of photonics-based radar systems for extending radar defence networking for extensive wide area of radar defence.
This book is ideal for radar engineers seeking to understand photonic technology applications, as well as researchers and professionals in electromagnetics and radar.
