Vitina Corso Gulino wrote her first book of her memoirs at age 86, "It's Never Too Late." She wrote it to leave a legacy of her life, and also of their ancestors to have for her children and grandchildren. Not knowing that two years later she was blessed with four great grandchildren. Reading stories to them she felt that she also had a story to tell them. This story, "Peter Rabbit and My Tulips," was written a long time ago and saved in one of her journals. Actually, this was a true story, about when she first moved to Palenville, New York. Maybe someday her great-great grandchildren will be reading this story to their children, and will remember who wrote it.
