"What is patience and why does it feature so prominently in Scripture? Here is the thing-patience is not something that can just be taught. Or at least, not taught without experiencing it. You cannot just learn patience. You have to experience the process of going through something difficult and made to endure it for a spell. That stretching is what creates patience. "
