Archaes have always been tasked with keeping the malicious spirits- the Sieges- from plaguing and attacking the mortals on Earth; but as the millennia passed, humanity became more independent. The Archaes slowed their watch, busy fighting off the Sieges in their dimension. Who could have guessed that humanity would choose ignorance and destruction over preservation and peace? And what happens when technology goes too far- manipulating even the afterlife? Journey with a couple of sapphics in the year 2254 to learn the truth about what happens when technology and non-human entities are left unchecked.
In the year 2254, in the higher dimension of the fantastical Archae Realm, Celle was well into her second (immortal, this time) life doing the same thing she always had, when her beloved eternal routine was ripped away from her- and she's thrown into an inextricable bond with another random Archae. Though her new partner is a stranger, progressively shrouded in more mystery, she finds her instinctually irresistible. The two work together to follow millennia-old traditions and rituals, just like the ones who came before them, but find that they become warped and broken for some strange, unknown reasons.
There are sketches of scenes included that the author did herself, and she also did the cover art. This version of the book (with author's art) will most likely become a limited time print, with the combined 2 parts being the new edition in the future, with possibly a toned down cover. The Volume Two book will also initially have scene sketches, but most likely for a limited time, as well.
This is book one of a duology, and is for ADULTS ONLY. There is a lot of spicy stuff in here! Book two is well underway.
