This book is an accounting of my life, based on my experiences and perceptions from as far back as I can remember. I hope it may inspire readers to believe that despite an overwhelming number of obstacles, there is the possibility of achieving a fulfilling, successful life. I have recorded what happened in my life, what I learned, and the ways in which the knowledge I gained helped me to thrive.
