Horus wants war with the Moon and Mars, but it hasn't happened. To drive the war effort into mobilization, Horus takes action. Somehow, he has discovered Allison's secret lineage, and as a result she finds herself under imminent threat of assassination. As leader of the Outcasts and her friend, Bill Gram finds himself in the difficult position of defending her and respecting her rights. Nothing is easy now.
