Die Zeitschrift »Otium« ist ein Medium zur Publikation philosophischer und literarischer Texte. Seit den Studentenprotesten 2009 interveniert es halbjährlich für seinen Namen (otium = Muße). Dabei begreift sich »Otium« als Gespräch für Bildung: »Otium« fragt nach Bildern, fragt, wie diese entstehen, was sie zeigen und was sie verbergen. »Otium«, das sind Ossian Hain, Viktor Fritzenkötter, Alexandru Bulucz, Sarah Schuster, Andreas Engelmann und Alexandra Colligs.
