Oscar and Sarah is a story about two very unlikely friends, each struggling to fit in. Oscar is a puppy with some unique features that make him look totally different than his brothers and sisters. Sarah is a little girl adopted from another country. Her darker skin and thick accent make her different than the other kids at school. Together they discover just how truly special they are.
