The research and test reactor operator licensing (RTROL) examiner standards establish the procedures and practices for administering initial and requalification written examinations and operating tests to license applicants and operators pursuant to Title 10, Part 55, "Operators Licenses," of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR Part 55).
