This Order amplifies the policies of references (a) through (k) and establishes the procedures for the peacetime operation and management of Operational Support Aircraft (OSA). This includes Marine Corps aircraft designated Operational Support Airlift (OSA) as defined by reference (a) and other logistics capable COMMARFOR aircraft when performing outside of the scope of their primary assigned mission.
