'One Year' is about fifteen year old girl named Loren Stevens. The book follows her life in the year after her brother Josh's death. She is forced to deal with the loss, the troubles at home and growing up. To help her through it is her friends, a councilor named Ms. Hall, and her magic Ipod. She and her friends Susan, the twins Kristen and Jessica, and Latimer (the white board wearing mute) have many crazy adventures. From skating party drama to the new kid at school. She and Latimer find themselves on the show "Bug Juice" when they spend the summer at camp. Driving proves to be a difficult and entertaining task for all of them. An interesting year with a great soundtrack.
