On Purpose means to live life intentionally. Too often we live as if life is something that happens to us. We behave as though our circumstances of the moment are not affected by the choices we make or fail to make. We can be intentional in all of our choices large and small. On Purpose also means to know what your purpose in life is and make decisions informed by those values. Leaders in our profession describe that as knowing your why. To truly be successful in life, we must live in line with our authentic self and be intentional in following our why. When you understand your purpose in life, you gain clarity and power that you may otherwise think is not within your control.
