Captain Corey Andersen, an up-and-coming commander in the United Families Navy has been assigned to the People's Star Kingdom to learn how they fight. As the Families prepare for a much wider war, she also wants to learn how the Empire fights its battles. She encounters skepticism and opposition from within the PSK Navy.
