New threats have come to the New Orleans and Jackson Scott is on the case. A new serial killer call Ghost of a Chance is continuing the murders of the Killshot killer. Jackson is also reliving his nightmares of the old cases. Jackson has retired from the N.O.P.D and moves to Dallas, Texas to be with his family but starts to loose his mind.
