Discover Official EFT as it was developed by Gary Craig, the founder of Emotional Freedom Techniques.
Official EFT From A to Z is the comprehensive reference guide in the Official EFT series. It presents both official forms of EFT: Gold Standard EFT (Tapping) and Optimal EFT (Meditation).
Whether you are completely new to EFT or already use it personally or professionally, this book offers clear, practical guidance for understanding and applying the original method.
Are you feeling anxious, stressed or overwhelmed? Do you find yourself caught in recurring negative thought patterns, emotional reactions or physical symptoms? Or are you looking for a systematic way to work with the stressful experiences and underlying patterns that may contribute to your difficulties?
EFT offers practical methods for addressing the stress responses connected with these issues.
In this book, Gary Craig and Gabriëlle Rutten explain the principles and protocols of Official EFT and show you how to apply them as a self-help tool. You will learn both Gold Standard EFT, the tapping method Gary introduced in 1995, and Optimal EFT, the meditative approach he later developed.
The book also explores the possible emotional and stress-related contributors behind more than 200 physical and psychological symptoms and provides a structured plan for applying EFT to your own issues.
For EFT professionals, Official EFT From A to Z also serves as an extensive reference for understanding and applying Official EFT with greater precision.
Official EFT From A to Z is part of the Official EFT series, dedicated to preserving, teaching and further developing the original EFT methods created by Gary Craig.
