Observations is an insightful collection of poems (and truisms) penned by Toronto-born author Julian Ayrs who many refer to as a renaissance man. Ayrs first began his long-and-distinguished career as an artist. In addition to exhibiting his fine-line drawings and abstract paintings at the Contemporary Royale Gallery in the Pacific Northwest, Ayrs was also commissioned by the City of Vancouver to create kiosks to enliven the downtown core.
