Notă biografică
Thomas O. Davenport is a student of World War II history, with emphasis on post-D-Day combat in Normandy and Brittany. For the past two decades, he has traveled frequently to these areas to study the events of 1944 and 1945, developing personal relationships with local government figures and history experts in one of the principal French towns depicted in O’Malley’s Grail.
Prior to writing O’Malley’s Grail, he produced an eclectic array of published work, including two business books (Human Capital and Manager Redefined). Tom has also written a book of light verse: Get the Hell to Work: Humorous Verse about Work and Life.
Tom has an undergraduate degree in English (Phi Beta Kappa, magna cum laude) from UCLA and master's degrees in journalism and business (Beta Gamma Sigma honor society) from UC Berkeley. Now writing full time, he was a consultant and partner with Willis Towers Watson and predecessor firms for more than thirty years.
