No More Strawberries

In her work as a Life Coach, Kat has seen many of her clients work through limiting beliefs, emotional clutter and lack of self-worth to be able to rediscover their truth, their voice and what brings them joy. They often shared with her that they never had anyone in their early years to encourage them or tell them how to work through the obstacles and persevere at making their dreams come true. Because there are four amazing humans that call Kat 'Mama' and who are her greatest inspiration, she was called to write a book to encourage children to manifest their dreams, believe in themselves, and speak their truth. She lives in New Brunswick, Canada with her family.
