Mina is a poet who lived in Mt. Washington with her husband Eli, and her 2 Maltese, Maltie and Happy. While living in Mt. Washington, she founded the World Movement Class. The class provided a forum for seniors to explore their potential through art and music from around the world.
She and her husband now live as modern Hasidic Jews, in Venice, California, and are members of the Shul on the Beach, a happy synagogue on the Venice Boardwalk.
