A martial arts action set in Tokyo, Japan. Namura Tanaka was five years old when both his parents were murdered in a parking garage by members of the yakuza. With the yakuza members in pursuit, he barely got away from being killed himself by running and entering an elevator 19 years later, after being trained in all of the martial art forms, including ninjutsu, he set out on his self appointed mission to extract his revenge upon all the members of the yakuza.
