Everyone has struggles but wishes they did not. Many soon discover that it is unrealistic, so they try to get around the obstacles causing struggles. But the very issues they try to avoid only increase as they realize that there will always be obstacles. Some try to get around their obstacles, only to encounter others. There is no way around struggles, so it's back to square one.
In seeking health solutions, we usually want the services of medical personnel who can address the issues we struggle with. Generally, we learn best from those who have had similar experiences and have learned to handle, if not overcome, them.
While there are neither easy answers nor solutions to issues we face, we tend to listen to those who have firsthand experience. It does not mean that the answers are easier, but such individuals have more credibility, and others are able to see that they can handle the issues they are facing.
