A Mystery Shopper is a person who poses as a real customer whilst assessing customer service provided by a company or organization.
An assignment might be a quick visit to the bank to make a general inquiry, or it might be an overnight stay at a hotel. As well as visiting places, we also do telephone calls, emails, posts on social media sites, letters, website surveys, and even home visits (where representatives visit you in the comfort of your own home).
