Just when Diggs thought taking a walk on the beach was going to be a relaxing event with his dog Dusty, they both discover a dead body under a pile of seaweed. Mix it up with the sassy, seductive detective Kathleen, who used to work for Diggs, and the volcano just starts to bubble.
