Multilingual Me

Hailing from Albuquerque, New Mexico, Samantha Cruz embarked on an incredible multilingual journey early in life, embracing both American Sign Language (ASL) and Spanish. Upon completing her biochemistry degree and minoring in French at the University of New Mexico, she leaped into a fascinating career teaching chemistry in French. However, her aspirations were temporarily halted when the Ebola epidemic forced her evacuation from Guinea in 2014. Undeterred by these challenges, Samantha found a new opportunity teaching chemistry in Portuguese after being assigned to Mozambique. Even more remarkably, she accepted an invitation to teach English in China during this period. Eventually, Samantha transitioned into a successful scientific career developing cutting-edge medical devices for blood pathology detection. Today, with her innovative brand "Multilingual Me," Samantha's ultimate mission is to inspire others to unlock their language-learning potential and embrace the richness of our interconnected world.
