Tenemos que aprovechar las mal llamadas "sobras", porque cada resto es una oportunidad que desechamos para ser más creativos (la clave de la supervivencia humana, si me permitís ponerme intensa) y más felices. Os aseguro que una "sobra bien pensada" te transporta al paraíso de lo buena que te puede llegar a quedar metiéndola entre dos panes.

Por último, este libro, además de guisos y bocadillos, y de guisos que se meten en bocadillos, también incluye recetas de mis panes favoritos hechos en casa, alguna que otra guarnición florida (para elevarlos a la categoría de bocadillazo) y salsas caseras buenísimas que os van a servir no solo para vuestros bocatas sino para todo lo que se os ocurra.
