Georgina Parmeter wants many things. She wants to be independent, live life to the full, and rebel against the expectations of being the daughter of a Lord. But most of all she wants to solve crimes and be a modern day Nancy Drew.
Having failed at most things in life, her greatest achievement is always being in the wrong place at the wrong time. On the rollercoaster that is her life, Georgina and her best friend Harry bumble from one mystery to the next.
Through luck rather than any skill, Georgina provides a neverending source of amusement and frustration for everyone she meets. It is safe to say that life in the sleepy village of Parmeter Langley will never be the same again now that Georgina Parmeter has moved back home.
