Clare Montgomery KC is a highly respected advocate specializing in criminal, regulatory and fraud law, best known for her work on legally and factually complex cross border cases. For the past decade, Clare has dealt with extremely demanding and difficult legal cases. She has featured in the starred category of KC's recommended for crime, fraud and extradition for the whole of that period.David Ormerod CBE, KC is Professor of Criminal Justice, Director of the Criminal Law Centre and joint Director of the Judicial Institute at University College London, Deputy High Court Judge, and a Door Tenant at Red Lion Chambers. He is the leading academic on criminal law, and is editor of Blackstone's Criminal Practice, the Criminal Law Review, Smith, Hogan, and Ormerod's Criminal Law, and other prominent titles in criminal law. He teaches regularly for the Judicial College and is one of the editors of the Crown Court Compendium (providing guidance on jury directions in criminal cases). He was formally the Criminal Law Commissioner for England and Wales.
