Recenzii
A remarkable and insightful work, with the potential to bring real, achievable solutions to millions.
This workbook will help you to better understand yourself, deal more effectively with difficult thoughts and feelings, effectively tackle your problems and challenges, improve your relationships, and build a better life.
Drozek writes in a conversational tone with a self-deprecating sense of humor, more like a trusted friend than an authority figure.
This book is well-organized to help you understand and treat your difficulties in mentalization, complete with worksheets, exercises to assess your own style of mentalizing, and practical strategies to address the emotional instability that causes so much suffering in borderline personality disorder.
