Lee Moffitt Cancer Center and a Professor of Surgery and Oncologic Sciences at the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine in Tampa, Florida; Ragini Kudchadkar is Assistant Professor of Hematology/Oncology at the Winship Cancer Institute at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia; Vernon K. Sondak is Chair of theDepartment of Cutaneous Oncology and Director of Surgical Education at H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, Florida
