Notă biografică
Julie Ann Rumbold spent every summer of her childhood in a cottage by the bay at Thompson's Beach, which is now one of the lost villages. Her paternal great-grandparents, grandparents, uncles, aunt, and father were from Leesburg. Rumbold recently reconnected with the area when she and her husband purchased a place at Captain Klein's Campground in Heislerville.
