MICHAEL H. STINES, Ph.B., is a resident of Cape Cod, Massachusetts, and is a senior editor for the Fiery Foods & BBQ Super Site. A professional chef, he has served as a certified BBQ judge and table captain at some of the largest competitions in the world including the Jack Daniel’s World BBQ Competition and the American Royal as well as international competitions.
