"Managing Difficult People" is based on Biblical Principles. The book outlines fourteen steps relating to how we can comfortably manage those persons who are problematic and harsh. We will all meet at least one of those persons in our lifetime. Maybe you already have someone in your life who is difficult to live or work with. Nevertheless, difficult people in the church are a type of spiritual warfare, which must be dealt with from the Word and through the Holy Spirit.
