MAMMOTHS ALIVE!
Found and forgotten during the turmoil of global events in the beginning of the twentieth century, mammoths are re-discovered in the mid-twenty-first century in the Taiga forests of the Russian border. They become a critical pawn as Earth's resources diminish and their value is critical as political issues arise.
When the herd begins a migration that could expose them to the world, a British naturalist overseeing the last of Africa's elephants and an American palaeontologist are thrust into the forests to stop the migration or risk losing control of the animals forever.
But the oil company and its ruthless allies value the dollar more and will do anything that favours their own agenda.
A desperate climax on a frozen river pits man against huge tuskers to ensure the survival of a species.
