Thuy Pham is the founder and owner of Mama ¿út, a vegan Vietnamese restaurant in Portland, Oregon. She is a 2022 James Beard Award nominee for Emerging Chef and has been featured on Netflix's Street Food: USA and in The New York Times and Bon Appétit, among other outlets. She is the development manager at the nonprofit Growing Gardens in Portland, where she lives and cooks with her daughter, Kinsley.
