Make It Stop
en Limba Engleză Paperback – 4 mai 2027
Make It Stop is a sharp and morbidly funny poetry collection that confronts the unbearable and then finds a way to live with it. Strimas's poems are plainspoken but never boring as they tackle thoughts about time running out, motherhood, men, and the legacies (good and bad!) we leave for our children. Reacting to the urgencies of our time-environmental collapse, the seemingly inevitable worsening of the state politics, violence, and cultural fatigue-these poems move between the world's external chaos and the intimate terrain of inner life. Accessible, unflinching, and brutally honest, Strimas creates small, powerful worlds where heartbreak and absurdity exist side by side, and where meaning persists despite it all.
