Lung embolism and thrombotic disorders have always been poorly understood, and underestimated and diagnosed entities. Modern radiological techniques allow us a glimpse in this world of penumbra. The aim of my booklet is to contribute in elaboration of new point of view, and guidelines for therapy of 21st century.
