Loved by All

Kate McMahon has worked in early childhood education for over 20 years, leading early childhood programs in two large urban school districts. She's also a mom of three in South Florida. Her kids came to her through adoption and donor conception, and that's where her books started. She wrote Loved by All because she went looking for a book that told her child's adoption story and kept finding books that told the grown-ups' story instead. So she wrote the book she couldn't find, with room for every family to write their own child's story alongside it. As her family grew and changed, so did the list of books she wanted but couldn't find. Now she writes for families formed through adoption, donor conception, and LGBTQ+ family building, and for families going through change. More are on the way.
