Dacă în Her Last Breath exploram secretele murdare ale unui oraș mic, iar în Into the Fire vedeam o Helen retrasă din forțele de poliție, aici o regăsim în mijlocul acțiunii pure. Cei care au parcurs Eeny Meeny de M. J. Arlidge vor fi pregătiți pentru brutalitatea alegerilor imposibile, însă Love Me Not plasează totul într-un cadru mult mai dinamic și imprevizibil. Stilul rămâne fidel mărcii Arlidge: capitole scurte care se termină brusc, forțând cititorul să meargă mai departe. Notă biografică

M. J. Arlidge has worked in television for the last fifteen years, specializing in high-end drama production, including the prime-time crime serials Torn, The Little House and Silent Witness. Arlidge also pilots original crime series for both UK and US networks. In 2015 his audio exclusive Six Degrees of Assassination was a Number One bestseller.

His first thriller, Eeny Meeny, was the UK's bestselling crime debut of 2014. It was followed by the bestselling Pop Goes the Weasel, The Doll's House, Liar Liar, Little Boy Blue, Hide and Seek, Love Me Not, and Down to the Woods.

Fresh out of Holloway, and with some personal issues within the MIT team, Helen is hot on the heels of the next serial killer letting loose on Southampton. As always, I thoroughly enjoyed this instalment and it was good to be back out on the street with Helen again

I'm kicking myself for missing Arlidge's first six books which all hit the bestseller lists. But this blizzard of fast-moving action made me an instant fan

An intense and heart thumping read... This maybe the seventh book in the series but it's still a series that has plenty to offer, the plots are surprising, the characters have evolved and M J Arlidge's writing shows no signs of getting stagnant or repetitive
Once again Arlidge produces a great little thriller, the majority of which takes place in the space of less than twenty-four hours... if you like an occasional read-it-in-one-sitting type novel than this is for you. Highly Entertaining
[LOVE ME NOT] combines M.J. Arlidge's prickly protagonist Grace and his skill at creating compelling action - acquired in a 15-year career working in prime time television - to produce this fast-paced thriller about a pair of serial killers
The author has yet again delivered a gripping, fast paced read that I for one devoured in one sitting... Helen is the UK version of James Patterson's Alex Cross series
Like the others in the series it doesn't disappoint, it's a crime thriller full of adrenaline, action, gore and suspense. Arlidge's writing is succinct and snappy; it never fails to hook me in
One of those books where you ignore the pile of dirty washing and the million and one other things that you have to do, just so that you can keep reading
The pacing is fast, probably faster than in previous books even. This is driven on by Arlidge's consistent use of short, punchy chapters and sparing and yet authentic dialogue
